The white-label coaching platform
Your clientsneversee us.
Programs. Logging. Nutrition. Payments. All inside an app that carries your name, colours and domain. You're the brand. We're the engine underneath.
This is the real thing: at signup, one colour generates your entire light + dark palette. No design work.

100%
your brand. Our name appears nowhere
White-label, properly
A logo swapis not a brand.
Your app. Their phone.
Clients install it to their home screen with your icon and your name. No app store, no FitPortal splash screen.
Your domain.
Run everything from app.yourgym.com. Our name appears nowhere a client can reach.
Your colours, everywhere.
One colour becomes a full palette: buttons, charts, dark mode, even the push-notification icon.
Your voice, every email.
Invites, reminders and broadcasts send from your business, on your domain if you want.
Client onboarding
0 downloads. 1 link.60 seconds.
The clients who most need coaching are the least patient with technology. Other platforms make them download an app, create an account and verify an email before they see a single workout. Yours works like this:
Send the link
From your dashboard, one tap. It opens your branded app. No store, nothing to install.
They enter a PIN
Four digits. No password to invent, no email verification purgatory. (Email + password exists too, for those who want it.)
They train
Today's session is on screen, ready to log: sets, weights, rest timers. Most clients are mid-warm-up inside a minute.
The engine
Everything you run on.Actually everything.
Program like a coach
Periodised weeks, deloads, day-by-day scheduling. Missed sessions show up red. Honest coaching, not a pointer stuck on Tuesday.
Train anywhere
Basement gym, no signal? Sets queue on the phone and sync when the connection returns. Nothing is lost.
Fuel without spreadsheets
Macro targets, barcode scanning, meal plans and recipes, plus AI that reads a photo of the plate.
Make it stick
Daily habits with streaks, personal records detected automatically, XP and badges that keep clients showing up.
Stay close
Weekly check-ins with photos and metrics, two-way chat, saved replies, broadcasts to everyone at once.
Automate the grind
Welcome sequences, check-in nudges, milestone messages. Not a paid add-on. Part of the plan.
Get paid
Sell packages and subscriptions through Stripe, straight into your own account.
Scale to a gym
Classes and bookings, member management, multiple trainers with roles. One platform for solo PTs and full facilities.
Own your data
EU hosting, encrypted, GDPR export and delete built into settings. Essential cookies only, no ad trackers.
AI that does coach work
Not a chatbot.Hours back, weekly.
Programs from a sentence
“8-week strength block, 3 days, knee-friendly” becomes a full editable program. You review, tweak, assign.
Meal photos → macros
Clients photograph the plate; the app estimates calories and macros. Logging compliance goes up when logging takes five seconds.
An assistant in your corner
Ask it to draft check-in replies, explain programming choices, or plan a session. In context, inside your dashboard.
AI runs on transparent credits included with your plan. No surprise metering, no separate AI subscription.

Pricing
One number.Nothing bolted on.
The industry habit is a low sticker price, then nutrition as an add-on, automations as an add-on, your own branding as a setup fee, or a percentage skimmed off your client payments. Here, the plan is the whole product.

Why clients stay
Your clients pay
nothing. Ever.
I took the best bits from the apps I actually use. The problem was never the apps, it was what they cost my clients. Three separate subscriptions to log food, track lifts and check in with me, and every renewal was another chance to quietly drop off.
Your clients don't pay anything to use your app. Not a trial, not a cut-down free tier, just the whole thing for as long as they train with you. You pay for the platform. They get everything in it.
Once I stopped asking clients to fund their own consistency, a lot more of them stayed consistent.
Built for trainers.
Not office workers.
I'm Tim. I've been training six days a week for fifteen years and I built FitPortal from the ground up for trainers, not office workers. Most coaching software feels like it was designed by someone who has never had to log a set between rounds.
I started it because the admin was taking up evenings I wanted to spend with my son, Arthur. That's honestly the whole reason. I wanted those hours back and figured other coaches probably did too.
It's still just me running it. If something takes longer than it should, email me and you'll get a reply from the person who built it.
You won't find a wall of five star reviews on here or a “trusted by 10,000 coaches” badge. It's new and a handful of people are using it. I'd rather tell you that than make the rest up.
Your gymcould be livetonight.
Name it. Colour it. Invite your first client. The whole setup is faster than one training session.
